Question

Hi..there is a problem on my clients invoices they can not preview them but the invoices are on the system...what should i do?

I'd like to share a solution that you can give to your client, youserjohn5.

 

The problem might be caused by a browser-related issue if you're not experiencing the same situation. What you can do is have them perform some troubleshooting steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Have your client open a private browser or incognito. This mode will not save their browsing history..
  2. Try to open the invoice. If they're able to preview the transaction, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache.
  3. Alternatively, try using a different supported browsers.

You will also know if your client was able to view their invoices by checking out the status in your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales > Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice and click it to view.
  3. Under the Invoice activity section, you will see the Viewed status.
