With 4 different price lists for items, how would one be able to store these price lists in QB Online and categorize customers to link the correct price list applicable to a specific customer?

I can see the importance of being able to set pricing for your products and services according to your preferences, kabarnard-01.

Currently, the Price Rules feature is still in beta testing and is only available to selected customers. The initial release for this feature doesn't include QuickBooks Online (QBO) global versions.

As an alternative, you can manually enter the appropriate prices in the Rate column when creating an invoice by following these steps:

  1. Click the + New button.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Enter all the necessary invoice details, then manually enter the price in the Rate column.
  4. Then Save and Close or Save and Send.

You may also want to explore the Intuit App Center to find supported third-party applications that will help you manage your price rules.

We continuously roll out product enhancements in batches. To stay updated with the latest product innovations about QuickBooks Online, you can visit our Resource Centre.

What kind of business do you run? A retailer/wholesaler or service company? You can use a 3rd party app to integrate with QBO.
