How can I add my customer's rates/prices/BOQ into Quickbooks

In addition to Fiat Lux - ASIA's question, I'd like to ask if you're trying to enter a customer's transaction like invoices? Or are you trying prices and rates for an inventory item/ products and services in QBO?
