Helping you add the invoice # in the subject line when emailing your invoices is quick and easy, bbradley.

You can customize your invoice template and include the [Invoice No.] on the subject field. Here are the steps to complete the process.

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the Standard or Master Template and click Edit.
  3. Go to the Emails tab.
  4. From the Subject field, add the [Invoice No.] after the Invoice word.
  5. Hit Done.
  6. You'll see the invoice # added in the subject line when you email the invoice.
