HOW DO I ADD MY BANKING DETAILS TO ESTIMATES

I'll share the information on how to add banking details to your estimates, automactrading-h.

 

You can enter the bank details in the Message displayed on estimate box. Your customer will see this information once they open the estimate from their email.

 

I'm adding a screenshot of where to see the box when you create an estimate.

 

Aside from Message displayed on estimate box, you can also use custom fields for your sales forms. This gives you the flexibility to add additional information and drive insights through detailed reports.

Estimates are part of the progress invoicing method in QuickBooks. Once your customer approves the estimate, you can convert it to an invoice.
