How do i delete products that is not used

I'm here to share some information about deleting products in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Though an item was not used on any transactions, the option to delete is unavailable in QBO. However, we can make them inactive to remove them from the list.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu, then choose Products and Services.
2. Locate the item that you want to delete.
3. Beside Edit, click the drop-down menu and hit the option Make inactive.
