How do I find my inactive customers?

Hello, @sportingfcurban. I'm here to help you in locating your inactive customers within QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can find your inactive customers by selecting the include inactive option in the settings. Here's how:

1. From left menu, select Sales.
2. Go to Customers.
3. Near the header of the Action column, select the Gear icon. 
4. Check the box for include inactive and look for your inactive customer.
