How do I make account details appear on all invoices?

There was an option under payment details to add EFT bank details which I entered on setup but now only some of my invoices have them.

It's great to see you posting here in the Community forum, Tracy. Let me ensure your account details will appear on all of your invoices.

 

When customising invoice templates in QuickBooks Online, you'll need to make sure the invoice template is set to an Airy New template design. If you're not seeing this option, you can select Change up the template to update your template to Airy New. Additionally, when creating and sending invoices to your customers, ensure that you've selected the default customised template with the EFT bank details. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales and select the Invoices tab.
  2. Find and open the invoice. Then, click Edit Invoice.
  3. Select Customise from the bottom part of the invoice transaction.
  4. Choose the default invoice template with the EFT bank details you've created.
  5. Once done, click Save and Send.
  6. To allow you in reviewing your invoice details, click Print to show a preview.
