how do i setup PayFast or OZNOW payment for online invoice payments?

It's nice to see you here in the Community, Valken. I'd be glad to share details about integrating Payfast or Ozow with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I’d like to clarify that, currently, QuickBooks doesn't offer QuickBooks Payments for South Africa. However, you can integrate PayFast or Ozow into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, allowing you to add payment options and process invoice payments online.  

To do so, you'll want to use a third-party connector and navigate to the Apps menu to search for the PayFast or Ozow payment processing app. Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click Apps from the left menu.
3. Go to the Find Apps tab.
4. Enter "online payments" in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
   
   

Once done, you can set up or log in with a PayFast or Ozow account. You can then create and send out invoices to your customers.

Once your customers pay their invoices, we can proceed to use the Receive payment feature in QuickBooks to document the transactions and balance your accounts accurately.
