How do i use the Company Name instead of the Customer's Name & Surname when displaying invoices? It only lists these by a Name and Surname which i don't work with.

I can walk you through on how you can have your company name to appear on your invoices and other sales transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You'll need to make sure that your company name has been set to show in your sales form. This way, the information will be displayed on your customer transactions.

To do that:

1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
2. Under Your Company, choose Accounts and Settings.
3. Tick on the Company tab.
4. Make sure that your company name was written on the Company name box.
5. Once confirmed, press on Save.
