Let's ensure to set the default to the quote template you've made, @heeroh. If you've already done this, I've got troubleshooting steps for you.

To check if the default template is the one you've designed, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the quote template you've created.
  3. Click the Edit dropdown and choose to Make default.

If you're still unable to see the changes once you create a quote, let's use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. It doesn't retain local files to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

From there, check the scroll bar and make the necessary display adjustments. If this works, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.

I'd love to hear how it goes. Please let me know if you still have any concerns regarding quotes. Keep safe.
