It's a pleasure to have you around, ddhautolec.

I want to ensure your logo will show on the printed and emailed invoices. To effectively display it, you must examine a few things and should adhere to the following conditions:

  • Supported file types are .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg.
  • Your file should be smaller than 1 MB.
  • Have a bit depth (or colour depth) of 24-bits or less.
  • Use the standard RGB colour space (RGB).
  • The shape of the logo should also be square, instead of a rectangle.

Then, remove and add the logo to your invoice again.

If the issue persists, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are instances when the browser is full of commonly used page resources, which results in errors or odd behavior. Let's use a different or private browser to view your account. You can use either of these shortcut keys to access one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, print and email your invoices. Once the logo appears, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

Additionally, I've gathered some write-ups you can utilize to help personalise and add custom fields to your sales forms in QuickBooks:

That ought to set you back on track! If you have any additional queries about adding a logo to invoices in QuickBooks, feel free to return to this discussion. I'm available to assist.
