I am attempting to import stock list - non stock items. It makes everything a full stock item even though I have tried various names such as Non-inventory,Service, etc.

When you import items or services to QuickBooks Online (QBO), make sure they're mapped correctly, including the file format. This way, it's compatible with your setup and prevents unexpected issues.

If the file is configured correctly, let's log in to QBO in private browsing or incognito mode. These browser sessions do not retain local files or cache. Thus, it eliminates the potential of a webpage issue.

Follow these steps to bring up one:

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once logged in, you can start importing the non-stock lists. If you're able to bring them successfully to the online program, clear the browser's cache to start in a clean state. Otherwise, use a supported browser to carry out the task.
