Question

I have 1 client who has 3 shops. I created a customer for each shop as they order different products. The client wants one statement reflecting all shops. How do I do it?

You can only create one statement per customer, mariakirstein. I can share a workaround to send the data of three shops to your client seamlessly.

Please know that QuickBooks only makes and sends individual copies for each customer. That's why compiling all the shops under one statement is currently unavailable.

Generating a sole statement from different customers is interesting. With this, I recommend sharing this idea with our Product Developers. They will review and consider it for future updates depending on the number of users' requests.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  3. Share your suggestion, then click Next.

In the meantime, you'd like to consider entering your client's email under the Email Address on the Create Statements page. This way, they'll receive all of them at the same time.

See this article to learn how to customize these summaries: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

If you'd like to glance at the status of your sales transactions, refer to this guide: View sales transactions in QuickBooks Online.
