Thanks for dropping your concern here in the thread, Andrew. Let me assist you in listing a stock with three different selling prices inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Note that there is currently no option to set three different rates for a single product in QBO. However, there is a workaround available. You can add the same product multiple times and set their rates differently. Let me show you how:

  1. In Sales, go to Products and Services.
  2. Click New and choose Non-stock or Service
  3. Enter the Name and the SKU of the product.
  4. Select the category in the Category dropdown.
  5. Check the I sell this product/service to my customer's checkbox.
  6. Put the Sales price/rate field.
  7. In the Income account dropdown, select the account you want to use in tracking the sales.
  8. Once done, hit Save and Close

Follow the steps below until you create three products with different prices. I suggest putting a number at the end of the item name to save without error. See the photo attached as a reference.

You can also change the product's price when adding it to a transaction.

See the photo attached for reference:

On the other hand, I recommend scanning this link as your guide in personalizing sales forms inside QBO: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

Consider having an inventory management app with B2B portal to integrate with QBO.
