I have edited my invoice template via web browsers but it is not pulling through on the app and reflecting my edits , specifically I added my banking details

I added my banking details to my invoice template index message to customers, but it is not pulling through and reflecting in the app when I am generating an invoice

Hi @gifts-millennium, I'll help share details about your invoice template.

 

As of the moment, there isn't an option to select a template while creating invoices via the QuickBooks Online mobile app. Even if you've customized a template using a browser, invoices created via the mobile app will always use the standard or default template.

 

While the option is currently unavailable, you can send this request directly to our developers via feedback. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Open the QBO app on your mobile device.
  2. Go to Menu.
  3. Under ALL, select Feedback.
  4. Enter a few words describing how you wanted to have the option to choose an invoice template while using the mobile app.
  5. Select Send feedback.
  6. Click Got it.
