I need to update my invoice look, I've done it in customizing of the invoice but it won't update it when I'm doing an invoice or quote? What can I do?

1. Go to the Gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
2. Select "Custom Form Styles" from the drop-down menu.
3. Choose the invoice template that you want to edit and click on the "Edit" button next to it.
4. Scroll down to the "Content" section and click the "Customize look and feel" button.
5. Click on the "Footer" tab and make sure that the message you want to appear on the invoice field is entered in the "Message on invoice" field.
6. Once you've made the necessary changes, click the "Done" button to save your changes.

You should now be able to create invoices with the message appearing on the invoice field every time. To ensure you set it as default, click the drop-down menu beside Edit and click the Make default.

Once confirmed, it's already set as the default invoice, and the message still does not appear on invoices. I suggest accessing your account via a private browser. There may be too much cache or data in your browser, causing the problem. Clear your browser's cache and cookies is an excellent way to address this.
