Question

I passed an invoice for a customer on 1/3/23 for R600. The customer has decided to cancel class with me. I now have to cancel that invoice for! How do I cancel invoice?

Hello there, @hermina-andrade-. I'm here to help cancel an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

 You can cancel a customer's invoice by deleting it. I'd be happy to show you how:
 

  1. In your dashboard, click the Sales tab.
  2. Tap Invoices.
  3. Select the invoice you want to delete.
  4. Click the More tab, then hit Delete.
