I upgraded my account to track inventory - so I am on the plus version but I can't activate Track Inventory Quantity on Hand. How do I fix this?

Before you can track your inventory, you want to ensure you've allowed the feature first in the Account and Settings as this doesn't turn on automatically.

 

If you've already done this and can't activate it, we can go into incognito mode to access the product with a clean slate. Depending on your browser, you can use the following shortcuts:

  

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If you turn on the feature, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
