I would like to set different prices for different customers. Quickbooks help asks me to look for price rules beta but I dont have it in products and sales

Do I need to upgrade to get it. (I had to do that on my current desktop version: Only changing to online because my send forms email stopped working and i cannot get it working again)

Thanks for raising your concern again here, @GeoffMohr. We understand how it will be beneficial on your end to set different prices for your customers. Let me share some insights about this feature and help you assign different prices to your customers.

 

 

The ability to set different prices for different customers isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, we can manually edit the price in the Rate column every time you create an invoice for your customers.

 

Currently. the Price Rules Beta isn't available in your region and can only be utilized in the US.

What kind of business do you run? A wholesaler?

You can use a 3rd party app to integrate with QBO.
