If a client only requires Annual Financials, how can we make use of a package which we can use multiple times if the client does not want to become a customer?

I understand that there are businesses that do not regularly monitor their books and solely rely on their accountants. Currently, the available packages we have requires a monthly or annual payment. We do not offer a package with a flexible payment or renewal that will suit your client.
