Invoices are black and unreadable when sent via watsapp, never used to be like that please help?

I can help you perform some troubleshooting steps so your invoices will return to normal when sent over WhatsApp in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When the browser is loaded with frequently viewed pages, it occasionally behaves strangely. First, you can log in to your QBO account using a private browser to access the product with a fresh start. You may use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Once resolved, return to your original browser to clear its cache and cookies or switch to a different supported one. It's possible that QBO or your current browser is having a brief issue.

 

You may also run reports for certain accounts to get a breakdown of every aspect of your business.
