Is it possible to load another (2nd) price list on quickbooks online? We have a group of customers that have negotiated alternative pricing on selected products.

The option to set multiple price levels of your products and services for your customers isn't available.

In the meantime, you can change the prices on each item when creating transactions.

If you a re a wholesaler, consider having a 3rd party app to manage multi pricelists with multi currencies for your resellers and integrate the app with your QBO account.
