Morning woke up this morning and loged in only to find all my quotes products and invoices are gone

I'm here to help you on you can see the products and invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can use the Audit Log to check if there are other users who deleted transactions/items. 

Here's how to access the Audit Log:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Audit Log under Tools.
3. Locate the estimate and tap the View link under the History column.
4. From there you can take note of the information.
    

Rolling back deleted items is unavailable in QBO, However, you can recreate invoices and products.
