My account is not allowing me to add an invoice? Why could this be?

Under the customer it doesn’t have an option to add invoice anymore

QuickBooks Online allows users to create customer invoices under the Customers tab. However, since it's unavailable on your end, I recommend utilizing a private browser. This will help rule out possible webpage issues and avoid discrepancies related to your browser's cache that might be corrupted.

 

You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

Once it works, proceed to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh your website's preferences. Also, note the system's supported browser for the best and most secure experience.

 

After that, let's create an invoice again directly from your customer. You can locate the option from the list of your customers or from the customer's profile. Refer to this image below for more details:
