Welcome aboard to the Community, @titoelectrical-g.

I understand the convenience of emailing invoices. I'll take this opportunity to turnaround this experience by routing you to the right support and provide a workaround for this issue.

There's an in-progress report about the error you received when opening a company file. Please know that these issues are reported and our engineering team is working to find a fix. Rest assured that this will be prioritized among other issues.

I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be able to get updates and learn when a solution is available.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Select either Start a chat or Get a callback.

As a workaround, you can download the invoices as PDF and send them manually from an Email provider directly.

Let me also add this article that can guide you on how to personalize your invoice and control what information your customer sees: Customise invoices, quotes , and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Once everything is settled, see this guide to record your sales transactions so your invoices are marked as paid: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

If you need further assistance in managing invoices, please let me know. I'd be more than willing to lend you a hand. Wishing you all the best of luck.
