Question

Our Logo on the Sales Invoice is the correct size on the Template but a lot smaller on the actual invoice. Logo on invoice needs to be as on Template?

I have fixed this issue by converting the logo to PNG format.

I can help you on how to adjust your company logo in Quickbooks Online, Trevor.

The logo showing up on the invoice's "print preview" will base on the file size that we uploaded on the system. We can choose the size of the logo through the Custom Form Style and make an adjustment.

Here's how:

  1. Click Gear.
  2. Click Custom Form Styles.
  3. In the Custom form styles window, choose the Standard form and then Edit.
  4. Click the Design tab, and then click Make logo edits.
  5. Click Show logo if you have an existing company logo. Click the large (L) option.
  6. Click Done.

Then let's open one of your invoice transaction by clicking on the Sales tab. Choose an invoice transaction, click on "Print or Preview" let's check on its changes.

I have the same issue. Even when you choose Large then save the template, the Logo continues to appear as Small on printed invoice.
