Question

Please kindly advise if I want to add the print name & signature from customer and security check on the delivery notes. Am I allow to do so? if yes, how?

I tried to print delivery notes after I create the invoice. But I am not quite happy with it, I would like to add on the customer as receiver name and signature. Even, the stuff before out of the premises, I would like the security check and the stock controller checked signature to prevent the stuff out without secure. 
It will be perfect the driver can be signed as well by showing who is the delivery guy on this order since I got different driver.

I can share additional information about customising the delivery note in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @info-excelfurnti

 

The option to customise the delivery note in QBO by adding fields for the receiver name, delivery guy, and signature will be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. 

 

I also encourage you to leave the feedback from within the account. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Provide your product suggestion. 
  3. Click on Next to submit feedback.
