As we run A Subscription Based Service QBO is making it Much Harder, why is QBO so much Harder to Use Then QBD, why do you should we pay  3rd Partys for basic Function, pay more and more, and 0 Support
Auto Assign Payments and Credits? we only use Invoice numbers not account numbers to assign Payments then why Charge more for Useless Support and Functions
I used to Spend 3 hours a Week on QBD now I spend 3 weeks doing the Same

Hello there.

I can see how important it is for you to have an auto-apply credits feature on your subscription. Let me share some insights about the limitations of this feature.

The automatically applied credits feature is not available in QuickBooks Online. While this feature isn't available yet, we value your input to shape future updates. Please provide direct feedback to our product engineers.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the Gear icon.
  3. Under Profile, select Feedback.
  4. Enter your suggestions.
  5. Then hit Submit.

You can also track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.

For more information, you can browse this article: Create and apply credit notes or delayed credits in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, the additional discussions and details about this update are also discussed in this article: See What’s New With Estimates And Invoices In QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, if any other concerns arise or if you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to add a reply below. I'm here to ensure you'll receive the help needed.
