What do I do if my invoices are not sending to clients? the is a delivery issue?

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out in the Community for assistance, jaidie. I’m here to share updates with you.


At the moment, there’s an ongoing investigation concerning undeliverable invoices in QuickBooks Online South Africa region. Our engineers are aware of this and currently working on a fix. I recommend contacting our support team to get you added as an affected user. This way, you’ll get notified once the resolution is rolled out.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab to get started.
  4. Type in “Invoice delivery issues,” then click Contact Us.
  5. Choose to Start a chat.

In the meantime, you can download your invoice and send it to your clients using your own email. I’m glad to show you the steps:

 

  1. Select the + New button.
  2. Click Invoice.
  3. Enter the necessary information and save.
  4. Tap the Print or Preview option twice at the bottom.
  5. Press Download.
