I’m here to help so you’ll be able to see the invoices and statements you’ve emailed to your clients, @ehkadvisory@gmai.

Cached data might be the reason behind this. Sometimes they become outdated or corrupted, leading to unusual behavior that affects system functionalities. Let’s get this resolved by performing some troubleshooting steps.

First, try to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito or private window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, select the Sales menu, then go to the All Sales tab. You can use the Filter option to locate your invoices and statements. If you’re able to see them, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, you can utilize other supported browsers as an alternative.

If you have other users, you can use the Audit log to track your activities. From there, you can see who made changes to your books and what they did.

You might want to personalise and add a specific information to your sales forms. Check out this reference for complete instructions: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QBO.

Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other concerns or questions besides your sales transactions. I’m always here to help you out. Take care and have a good day!
