Why does the items in the products/services drop down list not select when a new invoice is created?

Hello there, @wilhelm-seinergr. I'm here to help create an invoice successfully in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Issues like unresponsive options usually happen when there are problems with the web pages. We can use a private browser to open your account and see if you can create an invoice. It doesn't use the cache, which stores data that creates browser-related issues.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

If it works, let's clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate, so it'll function efficiently. In case private browsing doesn't work, I suggest using another supported web engine to determine if the issue is browser-related.
