Let me help you in fixing the customer's name on your invoices, usershaji-vasudevan.

 

First, let's open the two invoices and make sure the correct customers were selected in the Customer drop-down. If not, you'll want to update them. 

 

Also, we can perform additional steps to see if this is due to a browser error. Start by using an incognito window and review the transactions from there. 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

Let's also clear the cache cause it helps in fixing errors in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that the browser is up-to-date.
