1. can invoice are able to print in half of A4 Paper size .

2. Generating invoice for a client , the procedure is not smooth. 1st Save the invoice then the receive payment box appers , go to payment box , again fill the mode of payment etc .

When you're preparing your invoice, here's how to print it:

 

  1. Go to Preview PDF and choose Print. 
  2. Under Print Settings, click More Settings.
  3. From there, choose the Paper size you desire.
  4. Click Print.

Please note that the maximum font size in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is up to 12 points (pt). You'll want to import your custom form style so you can design your invoice. Here's our detailed instructions: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates
