A customer wants me to send an invoice in PDF format, is this possible on Quickbooks?

Yes, rowenhaulagelime. You can send invoices in PDF format in QuickBooks.

 

To start, we'll have to mark the PDF attached box in the Account and Settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab, then click the pencil icon beside Online Delivery.
  3. Place a checkmark beside the PDF attached box.
  4. Click Save then Done.

 

Once you send invoices to your customers, they can view the PDF copy on their email. 

 

You can also email multiple invoices in QuickBooks Online. By doing this, you can save more time.
