Welcome to the Community, @raycecartireanda. I’ll assist you with your concern about editing templates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Upon replicating here on my end, I am able to edit the templates under the custom form styles. That said, to isolate this matter, you can perform some troubleshooting steps as this concern could be a browser-related issue. Stored cache can cause unexpected behavior while using the application.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

If it works, kindly proceed with clearing your cache. This helps improve the performance of the application. Then, if the issue persists, you can refer to this article for other supported browsers while using QBO.

If you have other concerns with sales templates, let me know so we can address them immediately. Have a great day!
