Hello there.

Allow me to share some information with regard to importing data to QuickBooks Online (QBO) and make sure you'll be able to import your products/services and chart of accounts successfully.

Let's start with your products and services. I can see that you've followed the recommended headings in the sample spreadsheet, however, I'd still recommend confirming if your headings don't include special characters, capitalization, and extra spacing. For example, if QBO is expecting a column header of "Customer Name", but your spreadsheet has "Customer_Name", this may cause an error.

Also, make sure your data is in the correct file type for importing into QBO. QuickBooks Desktop can export data in multiple file formats, including IIF, QBJ, and Excel. However, only certain file types are compatible with QBO. Refer to this article to know what file format to use and to guide you with the step-by-step process of importing products and services: Import products and services into QuickBooks Online.

Let's proceed with your chart of accounts. Since you mentioned that you've received an error about the highlighted areas, I'd recommend checking it in the imported file in QBO. By hovering over the highlighted areas, you'll get to know what you need to fix. Also, note that QBO has a limit of 1000 rows per spreadsheet.

Moreover, I'd advise checking if the fields have been correctly mapped. To match the data in your imported file to the fields in QBO, QBO offers a mapping tool. Verify if you've correctly mapped the account names and types. Several account types, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity, are available in QBO. Ensure that the appropriate account type is assigned to each account in your chart of accounts.

Refer to this article for the detailed process of importing your chart of accounts. This will also give you a sample of how your spreadsheet should look if you have sub-accounts: Import your chart of accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you connect your bank or credit card accounts to QBO if you haven't and how to categorised the downloaded transactions:
