Hello there, @finance157.

I can see that this error requires you to renew your subscription. However, if you think that the subscription due date is incorrect, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They have the tools to verify and check further what has caused this error.

You can follow the steps below if you need to renew your subscription:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙.
  3. Choose  Account and settings.
  4. Select Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.

You can contact our Customer Care team right away if the due date is incorrect. In your QuickBooks company, select the ? Help button. Then, click Contact us, enter your concern. Lastly, select the messaging option to speak with one of our support agents.

I've added an article to know more about the FAQs when resubscribing: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

You may consider checking this reference page for your future tasks about creating multiple invoices from a single estimate: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be here in the Community if you have other questions. Please don't hesitate to let me know in the comment section. Take care.
