After invoice is edited on mobile device, it still export old file (before edit). Please fix the bug

Let's resolve the error that you've encountered to export the edited invoice, @Raymdlee.

 

It's possible that piled-up cache in your application caused this unusual behavior when trying to export your invoices. 

 

To resolve this, you can clear app data and remove cached data in the QuickBooks Online app before editing and exporting your invoices once again.

 

For Android:

  1. Select More Options and click on Settings.
  2. Tap Refresh Data and then choose Yes.

For IOS:

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ and select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click on Refresh Data, and then tap Refresh.
