Am trying to resubscribe but the options offered for county and code towards the bottom are not giving the local counties for me to chose from

My county is Nairobi which is not given as an option

We'd love to have you back in QuickBooks, Alice. Let's resubscribe to your QuickBooks Online company together.

 

You'll be prompted to resubscribe once you sign back into your QuickBooks Online company. If not, you can follow the steps below.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Navigate to the gear icon.
  3. Select Subscriptions and billing.
  4. Click Resubscribe.
  5. Pick the appropriate payment method and update payment and billing information.
  6. Press Resubscribe.

 

Please note that you'll need to use the same payment method and billing frequency on your previous subscription. Rest assured, you can switch to a different payment method and frequency after resubscribing.

 

Additionally, you'll need to select Kenya as the country of subscription and enter the specific address of your business in the Address field. You'll also need to input Nairobi in the City and State fields and its postal code in its respective box.

 

However, you can subscribe through the official website if you have yet to subscribe. Just make sure that you select Kenya as the country by scrolling down to the Select country dropdown.
