Are others facing this issue as well? Cannot see the Razorpay tick box in the sales invoices for the past few days

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, @ cfo-pluto7-com. Let me share with you some information regarding Razorpay in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We understand the importance of having this issue resolved immediately. As of now, this has been investigated (INV-65907). Rest assured that our product engineers are now working on a permanent solution to this.

 

I also recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support so you'll be added as one of the affected users. The contact hours are also included in the article to reach the right time for support.
