In the last few days there has been a change that does not allow us to change a products rate in an invoice. For example it typically sells for $1 but we want to sell to this customer for $1.10. We have to change the quantity and manually multiply by $1.10 to allow the invoice to calculate the rate. Anyone else having this issue?

Sometimes, browsers become bogged down with frequently accessed resources like cache and cookies, leading to unexpected behavior. To fix this, open your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can accomplish this by utilizing the following keyboard shortcuts:

    • Safari: Shift + ⌘ + N
    • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If this works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache so the system will start fresh. If you encounter the same result, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.
