Can customers be configured so their invoices are automatically sent to more than 1 email address, by adding multiple email addresses to a contact or otherwise?

    Yes, Gavin. QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers a convenient feature that allows you to send invoices to multiple email recipients directly from the platform.

    Here's how you can send an invoice to multiple email addresses:

    1. Navigate to Sales and click on Invoices.

       

    2. In the Action column, select Send from the dropdown menu. This will open the Send email window.

       

    3. In the To field, enter the email addresses separated by a comma and space. You can also enter the email addresses in the Cc or Bcc field.



    4. Hit Send.

    If you want to set multiple email addresses as the default recipients for sending invoices to a specific customer, you can add these emails to the customer's profile. Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Sales section, then pick a Customer.

       

    2. Double-click the customer to whom you want to add an email address.
    3. Tap the Edit option.

       

    4. Enter the email addresses separated by a comma and space.

       

    5. Proceed on Save to save the changes.
