QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows users to add multiple email addresses for a customer by entering them separately with a comma, enabling efficient communication with different contacts associated with the same customer.

 

No worries, this is quick and easy. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Go to the Customers page.
  2. Choose the customer's name, then hit Edit.
  3. In the Email section, enter the email addresses separated by a comma (sample1@intuit.com, sample2@intuit.com).
  4. Click Save.
