Can I ask a question please. It is about the customized invoice template

I tried all the custom style addedhowever in the actual invoice print out the alignment is different as shown in the preview from the system. Also the alignment is not proper on the actual. Is there anyone who had the same experience? And how to adjust the alignment?

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation about the alignment issues on invoice print or preview in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineers are actively working to know the root cause of this unexpected behavior.

 

While we are looking into this, I recommend reaching our Customer Support Team to add you as one of our affected users. This way, you'll receive an email notification once we get this sorted out. You can also provide this (INV-85673) number.

 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
