Hey there, Jermaine. I'll share some information to ensure that you can achieve your goal.

 

You can export all your customer-related reports to Excel and change the column Customer to Donor if you want your stakeholders to see it like this whenever you present them a report. Since the ability to change the customer label is currently available in QuickBooks US region only.

 

In the meantime, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our Product Development Team to further review this option. If they see that this will improve the experience of our users in your region, especially for a non-profit organization, they can add this to our future product updates.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback from the Profile option.
  3. Enter your comments and suggestions. Then, click Next to submit.
