I appreciate you raising your query here in the Community forum.

I understand that changing the decimal point of the figures in the transaction forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is convenient for your business. However, it is unavailable. Since QuickBooks only allows two decimal places as default in numbering.

I recognize how beneficial it is for you and other users to have this feature added in QBO. That said, I recommend leaving feedback to notify our software engineers about the feature you need. This way, they can take it into account for future product improvements.

To send your input, here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  3. Type in your suggestion and click Next.

You can also refer to this link as an alternative to sending feedback and getting the latest updates from our development team: QuickBooks Online Customer Feedback.

Moreover, I'll also share this article which can serve as your reference to learn how to personalise and add specific info to your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a reply if you have additional QuickBooks-related queries. The Community team always has your back. Have a good one.
