Hello, @BHS4001.

I'm here to ensure that you can quickly connect your UBS bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can now start managing the data in your account as soon as possible.

Some UBS bank accounts are available in QBO. To ensure that UBS Swiss is supported on your end, I'd recommend copying the exact URL and pasting it on the Banking page.

Here's how:

  1. Go to your bank login page and copy the exact URL.
  2. In your QBO, choose the Banking tab.
  3. Click Link account, then paste the URL you've previously copied.

       4. Select the accurate bank account in the list, then enter your credentials.

       5. Follow the on-screen instructions, then tap Connect

After that, QuickBooks automatically downloads the data for you. To see the latest transactions, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking tab on the left side.
  2. Click the Update button.
  3.  Review and categorise the downloaded transactions.

For the more details, check out this link: Connect bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks.

If the specific bank account doesn't appear in the list, you can either ask for support for your bank or manually download the transactions

Once everything is in place, you can always run a quick account report by going to the Chart of Accounts page. Then reconcile it regularly to ensure that your books are accurate.
