Can I create customer types

Welcome to the Community forum, eleanor-ryan-lei. I understand you are trying to utilize the Customer Type feature.

I'd like to inform you that this is currently not available in the Ireland version of QBO. This is the reason why you're unable to see it on the Customer screen.

I would suggest submitting feedback directly to our product team requesting that Customer Types be made available in the Ireland QBO version.

As a workaround, you'll want to use the class tracking and custom field features to add more classification when recording customer-related transactions.
