Can I drop or email receipts to quickbooks online so it automatically recognises the receipts and bills in the eu version? I know its works in the uk version.

The option to email your expense receipts and bills to get them into QuickBooks Online (QBO) International version is unavailable. This Receipt Forwarding feature is available in QBO US and QuickBooks Self-Employed versions.

However, you can attach a PDF copy of your receipts when you create an expense in QBO. Let me show you how to do it.

1. Click the + New button.
2. Select Expense under Suppliers.
3. Complete the expense information.
4. Hit the Attachments icon, then locate and open the receipt from your folder.
5. Hit Save and close.
